All I know is that whenever I have a computer issue, I contact the owners of Tachyon Business & Computer Solutions, and one of them replies in a very timely manner, or if they are available right away, one of them will call instead. They are very knowledgeable and quick to resolve issues.

They follow up to make sure everything is running smoothly, and if I have any questions or don’t know how to do something one of them walks me through it over the phone. I am very confident in referring people to Tachyon, as I know they care a lot about their customers and do an excellent job!

I have known the owners a few years now; I was having all kinds of trouble with my computer. Tachyon was recommended to me by my friend.
They are very smart and knowledgeable team of professionals and make learning very easy, they also got my printer running fine.
I would not hesitate to call on them again. PS: and they are great fun to be around.

Our company is an affiliated group of five businesses operating in the Kootenay and Okanagan areas of BC. We have used Tachyon Business and Computer Solutions for our last two major computer purchase/installations.
The first purchase was for two workstation PCs and the installation thereof. This involved transferring our accounting system and other programs as well as setting up a peer-to-peer network linking all of the workstations.

We were extremely impressed by the level of professionalism and expertise exhibited by the owners and their support staff. Since this acquisition we have used them exclusively for our IT support.
Based on this first experience, we chose Tachyon to provide and install our server and configure the full network which included transferring all programs and data to the server as well as a detailed test of all operating systems/programs. Since installation of the server, our system has operated flawlessly.

Based on our experience we would highly recommend Tachyon Business and Computer Solutions to anyone purchasing computers or looking for PC/Network support.

Sincerely.
