Eligibility
Who qualifies for the Non-Profit Program?
We welcome applications from any organization that operates on a not-for-profit basis and holds a valid Canadian registration number. This includes, but is not limited to:

CRA Registration Number Required. To verify eligibility, we require your Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) business number or registered charity number (RR number). You will be asked to provide this in the application form below. Your information is kept strictly confidential and used only for eligibility verification.

What CRA number do I need to provide?
We accept either a CRA Business Number (BN) or a registered charity number (RR number). If your organization is a provincially registered non-profit society that does not hold a CRA charity number, please provide your BC Societies Act registration number along with your CRA Business Number. Not sure which applies to you? Just mention it in the form and we will help sort it out.
Are the reduced rates available on monthly plans or annual only?
Non-profit pricing applies to annual plans only. Discounts of approximately 37% on website hosting and 22% on the Maintenance & Security Standard Plan are applied against our current standard rates at the time of invoicing — so your percentage advantage remains consistent even as our rates change. Month-to-month arrangements are not eligible for non-profit pricing.
Is there a discount on a new website build?
Yes — qualifying non-profits receive a discounted rate on website design and development projects. Because every build is scoped differently, we provide a custom quote after an initial conversation. Apply using the form below and tell us what you are looking for — we will outline the non-profit rate for your specific project.
Do you serve non-profits outside Vernon BC?
Absolutely. While we are based in Vernon BC and primarily serve the Okanagan Valley, most of our web, maintenance, and IT support work can be delivered remotely. Organizations located elsewhere in BC are welcome to apply. On-site IT services are limited to our local service area, but remote support is available province-wide.
Can we get training for multiple staff members or volunteers?
Yes. Our How-To Training Sessions can be tailored for individuals or delivered as small-group sessions for multiple team members at once. Non-profit pricing applies regardless of session format. We will structure training around your team’s size, schedule, and skill level.
What happens when our annual plan renews?
Your non-profit pricing carries forward at renewal, provided your organization remains registered and in good standing. We will reach out ahead of your renewal date to confirm details and provide updated pricing for the coming year. No surprises — we are transparent about costs from day one.
