Our plans cover the ongoing work that keeps your WordPress site secure and running well: WordPress core updates, plugin and theme updates, regular automated backups, security monitoring, uptime checks, and priority support for issues that come up. Everything is handled for you — no technical knowledge required.

We perform regular automated backups with copies stored securely offsite. In the event of a problem — whether from a plugin conflict, a hack, or accidental changes — we can restore your site quickly from a recent clean backup.

We treat security incidents as priority cases. We investigate immediately, restore from a clean backup, remove malicious code, and patch the vulnerability that allowed the breach. Prevention through regular updates and monitoring is our primary goal — but rapid recovery is our backup plan.

Yes. A new WordPress site still needs ongoing updates to remain secure. WordPress core, plugins, and themes release security patches regularly — sites that go unmanaged are the most common victims of hacks and malware. Starting a maintenance plan at launch is the best time to do it.

Plans are available month-to-month with no long-term commitment — just 30 days’ notice to cancel, which gives us time to wrap up any pending work and hand off your site documentation cleanly.

Prefer to plan ahead? A yearly plan saves you 10% off the monthly rate. Because that discount is earned by committing to the full year, yearly plans are non-refundable if cancelled early — unused months are forfeited, not refunded. No penalties, no extra charges — just the understanding that the annual rate reflects an annual commitment. We think that’s fair for both sides.

Yes. If your site runs on WordPress and is in reasonable shape, we can take over maintenance regardless of who built it. We’ll do an initial assessment to understand the current state, flag any existing issues, and get it into our management system. Get in touch to discuss your site.

DIY updates carry real risk — a plugin or theme update can break your site if there’s a compatibility conflict. We test updates carefully, back up your site before applying changes, and monitor the result. If something breaks, we fix it immediately.
