Our company is an affiliated group of five businesses operating in the Kootenay and Okanagan areas of BC. We have used Tachyon Business and Computer Solutions for our last two major computer purchase/installations.
The first purchase was for two workstation PCs and the installation thereof. This involved transferring our accounting system and other programs as well as setting up a peer-to-peer network linking all of the workstations.

We were extremely impressed by the level of professionalism and expertise exhibited by the owners and their support staff. Since this acquisition we have used them exclusively for our IT support.
Based on this first experience, we chose Tachyon to provide and install our server and configure the full network which included transferring all programs and data to the server as well as a detailed test of all operating systems/programs. Since installation of the server, our system has operated flawlessly.
