All I know is that whenever I have a computer issue, I contact the owners of Tachyon Business & Computer Solutions, and one of them replies in a very timely manner, or if they are available right away, one of them will call instead.They are very knowledgeable and quick to resolve issues.
They follow up to make sure everything is running smoothly, and if I have any questions or don’t know how to do something one of them walks me through it over the phone. I am very confident in referring people to Tachyon, as I know they care a lot about their customers and do an excellent job!
