This agreement outlines the terms of sale for services provided by Web-Connection to its customers.

Ordering:

Our website facilitates secure order placement 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption protects your payment information. To place an order, please select the appropriate button corresponding to your desired purchase.

Currency and Taxes:

All prices displayed and charged are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes will be added to the purchase price.

Payment:

Web Design & Computer Service Quotes:

Unless otherwise specified, quotes provided for web design and computer services are estimates and not fixed prices. In the event of price increases due to necessary project modifications, additional consultations, or client requests, the customer will be informed prior to the implementation of such changes. A down payment on a provided quote constitutes confirmation and acceptance of the quote, including its terms and conditions. The remaining balance for quoted services is due upon completion of the agreed-upon tasks by Tachyon Business and Computer Solutions.

Web Design: If, within three (3) months of the down payment, the client has not provided all necessary information for Tachyon Business and Computer Solutions to finalize the website as agreed, the remaining fees will become due. Tachyon Business and Computer Solutions will complete the website upon receipt of the outstanding information.

Rebates, special offers, or complimentary services included in the quote are contingent upon full payment of the quoted price, including any potential additional fees.

Refund Policy:

All sales are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, down payments on accepted quotes, pre-paid hosting packages, and maintenance & security packages. No refunds will be issued for unused time or services.
